My first Devlog! (Apparently) - UPDATED
EDIT: I wound up publishing my first written devlog, because, why not? Sorry for any overlap.
Apparently, I forgot to submit my first devlog? How apropos, as it was all about how this whole project is a learning experience, and a gradual culmination of everything I've been learning about Unity...
Huh. I guess that's about it.
If you've made it this far into the update, I suppose you're interested in what I've done? Simple! Major difference between the new build (Ver. 002) and "The Original Build!" is that I added a swank new menu and a third placeholder (OR BONUS?!?!) level for you to navigate, along with a swell new "WIN" screen. I also made the game easier by not forcing the player to restart at level 1 after dying.
Ok, so to recap, changes are as follows:
- Game now has a splash screen, along with a button to troll a friend who complained about difficulty
- Difficulty has been lowered, to be less punishing.
- Added a screen to inform user that they have, in fact, won.
